The High Performance Home Tour

Hosted by the Home Builders Associations of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties and Home Builder Association of Raleigh/Wake County.

The 19th annual High Performance Home Tour is a perfect opportunity to learn more about the benefits of a healthy home. The homes on the tour have been green-certified through one of our approved programs and will showcase features that will save homeowners money in the long run and provide a healthy environment for families.

This is a FREE, self-guided tour. Registration is not required, and no ticket is needed.
You can start the tour at any home and see as many homes (or all!) as you like.
